These Terms apply to Nivas CRM, operated by Nivas Realty Network.

1. Purpose

Nivas CRM is used to manage property enquiries, customer relationships, communications, property requirements, visits and related real-estate workflows.

2. Property information

Property availability, pricing, specifications, possession timelines and offers may change and remain subject to confirmation by the relevant developer, owner or authorised representative.

3. Authorised use

Access to internal Nivas CRM functionality is limited to authorised users. Users must protect credentials and must not misuse customer data or circumvent security controls.

4. Third-party services

Nivas CRM may interact with services such as Meta, communications providers, cloud infrastructure, property platforms and developer systems. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

5. Privacy

Personal-information handling is described in the Nivas CRM Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Nivas CRM reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Nivas CRM, its software, branding, workflows, documentation and original materials are owned by or licensed to Nivas Realty Network unless otherwise stated.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as Nivas CRM or our operations evolve. The current version will remain published here.
