Nivas CRM — Nivas Realty Network

You may request deletion of personal information held by Nivas CRM by contacting Nivas Realty Network.

How to submit a request

Use the subject: Nivas CRM Data Deletion Request.

Please provide:

Your name.
The phone number or email address used for your property enquiry.
If known, the approximate date or source of the enquiry, such as Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads.

Verification

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person making the request is the person to whom the relevant information relates.

After a valid request

After verification, we will review relevant records and delete or anonymise personal information that we are no longer required or permitted to retain.

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or security purposes.

Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads

If your information entered Nivas CRM through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, you may use the same deletion process above.
